This portable light source, together with GAO's LP-226 optical power meter, acts as a perfect solution for the fiber optic networks. Toronto, Canada - GAO Fiber Optics ( www.GAOFiberOptics.com ) recommends this compact and well-designed optical light source (GAO LP-226). This portable light source, together with GAO's LP-226 optical power meter, acts as a perfect solution for the fiber optic networks.

This optical light source provides two to four output wavelengths at a and highly stable output power. The output wavelengths is are 650nm red source, 1310/1550nm wavelength for the single mode fiber and 850/1300nm wavelength for multimode fiber. It The light source has a FP-LD Emitter and a large LCD; the output stability is ±0.05dB/15mins and±0.1dB/8 hours. The compact and easy-to-operate light source offers switchable modulation frequencies including CW, 270Hz, 1kHz and 2kHz as well as optional connecters.
