When determining the best placeto work, you should do a lot of research into hitting your mark.Targeting the companies that contain your ideal work environment is abig job.

As we all know, not every company works the same, andeach company has a distinct organizational culture based on employeepersonalities, their customer base, established policies and hiddenagendas, and varying company missions and visions.

One of themajor roles of the interview is to determine how well your impressionsreflect your ability to fit into the organizational culture. During theinterview, whether the initial, final, or a single interview, recruitersare generally considering either the fit between the candidate and thejob or the candidate and the organization. In fact, many hiring managersbelieve the focus of the interview should focus on the attitude of theapplicant as it fits with the organization's culture, and on trainingfor skills after the candidate has been hired.

During theinterview, job candidates are more likely to try to fit into theirperception of what the organization wants in a new hire--much more sothan employers are willing to modify their behaviors to fit in with theimpressions of the candidate.
